Friday Evening:  Welcome Reception & BBQ Dinner on the Docks

This event will be held at White Rock Boat Club, on the beautiful White Rock Lake.  Located on the northeast shore of the lake, the WRBC offers a beautiful view of the sunset, and a distant view of downtown Dallas - a unique, on-the-water setting for our welcome reception and dinner.

Please bring your own beverages for the reception; little munchies will be provided.  Dinner will be catered by Sonny Bryan's Barbecue, a long-time Dallas legend.
(And Dallas member Lt/C Catherine Tunks is Sonny's granddaughter!)

Cost:  Dinner - $30; BYOB cocktails.

Our conference will be held at the stately Meadows Conference Center, near downtown Dallas.  This conference center is a collection of meeting spaces offered to nonprofit organizations at no cost, by The Meadows Foundation.  We are so grateful for this amazing community resource!

Please follow provided maps to the conference center.  There is parking on the campus immediately outside of the building in which we will meet; please look for signage to guide you to the correct building.  If possible, it is advisable to carpool to the conference center.

Saturday Evening: District Commander's Reception & Change of Watch Banquet

Our formal cocktail reception and Change of Watch banquet will be held at Maggiano's Little Italy ~ NorthPark, a beautiful Italian restaurant with elegant banquet rooms for private parties such as ours.

Please follow provided maps to Maggiano's at NorthPark Center.  There is self-parking available at the mall, and is also complimentary valet parking available - feel free to take advantage of this benefit.  Upon entering the restaurant, please take the stairs or elevator to the second floor, and proceed to the Grand Ballroom at the far end of the hallway on the right (watch for signage to guide you).  Remember that the beverages for the reception will be available at a cash bar (credit cards accepted). The formal banquet will include a four-course seated dinner and the District Change of Watch ceremony.

Cost:  Four-course dinner - $85; cash bar at reception.
